IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HEATING
Please use underfloor GAS heating to stay warm. It’s the main heating option.
The electric ones are only for emergencies.
Guests can only adjust the temperature of the overhead shower by modifying the hot water temperature on the boiler.T he hot water should be maintained at 38-40 degrees on the boiler, as this temperature is comfortable for most people.
Heating & Hot water
1. Turn on the boiler
2. Set the thermostat on wall by stairs to 19 degrees. This will heat up in a few hours. It is a stone floor and does not respond instantly.
3. Turn on the upstairs radiator.
4. You can use the electric heater while the floor is heating up.
5. If you want the hot water to increase you can adjust the boiler but it should be a good temperature.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
