⚠️ Safety Warning
For your safety, please plug the electric heater directly into a wall socket.
Do not use extension cables or multi-plug adapters with the heater, as this may cause overheating and pose a fire hazard.

If you have received any mails through the door letterbox please kindly put them to the post box number 9.

There is an electric heater in the living room area between the window and the stairs. It’s black and free standing and needs to be plugged in. (see pictures). 

There is also a small heater for the upstairs landing that can be plugged in but the black heater is pretty powerful.

Boiler is located is in the kitchen cupboard.
Air thermostat is located on the living room wall.
There is a remote control for the black heater. Please use it to regulate the temperature. (on the picture)

Troubleshooting: If you experience any issues with the Wi-Fi, please try to restart router OFF and then back ON.

If there is no power/lighting in all flat or partially, please check if all the switches are switched on. Fusebox is in the utility cupboard, together with electric meter.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Please return the key back to the store, where you picked it from, after you leave
